We work so hard to have a bright career, get a prestigious job, or starting a billion-dollar venture. And the main purpose behind all these is to earn, get rich, or become wealthy.No doubt, it is important but in creating monetary wealth, we ignore the basics and very important- that is our health. And Covid 2019 has worsened the situation. Coronavirus attacks our respiratory system. So if already having any of these types of disease it becomes very easy for coronavirus to enter and attack our body. So to fight this deadly virus as well as to live a healthy life we need to maintain strong immunity.
Recently Ministry of Ayush announced certain immunity-boosting measures, which anyone can follow and very affordable ways boost the immunity
Some easiest measures are mentioned here
- Use Haldi, Jeera, Dhaniya and Garlic in cooking
- Take Chyavanprash in the morning, if diabetic use sugarfree chyavanprash
- Drink herbal tea having Tulsi, Dalchini(Cinnamon), Kalimirch ( Black Pepper), Shunthi( Dried ginger), Dried Kismis also known as munakka
- Drink Golden milk that is milk with Haldi once or twice a day
- Practice Yoga, Pranayama, and meditation at least for 30 minutes every day.
- Drink warm water throughout the day.
- Gargling with salt water is also beneficial
